The College has employed highly competent, committed, well experienced, and qualified core faculty in conformity with the norms laid down by Govt.. In addition to this, the College arranges visiting faculty having expertise in the specific fields.  Most of the teachers & staff members are serving the college for many years.

Excellence in education can be achieved only by enduring efforts and dedicated teamwork on the part of the management, faculty and students alike. The college has a well-qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty who are committed to the cause of quality legal education.

The institute has been regularly organizing faculty development/orientation programmes. The faculty members are being deputed regularly for NCTE Orientation/Refresher programmes as well as the In-house Faculty Development Programmes organized by the College. They are also nominated to participate in seminars and workshops organized by the different colleges as well as other organizations and universities in and around Haryana. The faculty has also been involved in research work in their respective areas of specialization and has been publishing articles in reputed journals.

In its attempt to achieve overall development of the faculty, the college has been arranging lectures and interactive sessions for the faculty and the students with prominent personalities and experts.
